Happiness, Motivation and Confidence are the allies of Performance.  

Depression, Anxiety and Stress are its enemies.

They also are quite capable of adversely affecting your physical health and they usually do.

Processes to reduce Depression, Anxiety and Stress significantly, quickly

(and in many cases completely), are available.

It would be hard to imagine the benefits of them and how they work, without experiencing them 

and that is the challenge.   

Convincing people to commit to change and try the processes is the main effort because the rewards are there for those that do.

One part of us wants change but another part may not.  We want to change but the thought often creates anxiety in itself and we can easily talk ourselves out of it.  Both this internal conflict and the anxiety around change need to be addressed and are addressed as part of a comprehensive change process.
