Fears and phobias

All things are possible with emotional coaching processes.

 

Whether it be a fear of flying, a fear of spiders, problems with public speaking, right through to body-image issues, dependancy issues, addictions and self-harm, all have an emotional component which can be changed.  This emotional component will normally be the main driver for the behaviour and thus by removing the driver the behaviour can change, quite often almost instantaneously.
