I specialise in working with the subconscious mind. Often described as a transformational, resilience and leadership coach, I have 40 years of coaching, instructional and training experience. In addition, I have over 4,000 logged hours of one-to-one coaching experience in the particular field of the subconscious, working with senior executives, entrepreneurs, military personnel, special forces operators, emergency service professionals, and individuals seeking personal development or facing significant personal and professional challenges.
Former Chief Instructor of the Physical Training Department at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines and former mountaineering instructor holding the highest UK instructional qualifications. I combine my experience with advanced coaching, mentoring, behavioural change, and performance-development methodologies that take into account the power of the subconscious, to help clients achieve lasting transformation, resilience, and high performance.

A collaboration between the British Legion, The British Army and Leeds Metropolitan University, delivering coaching and rehabilitation through sport and adventurous training.
